If you wear glasses, you know that when it’s time to get a new pair, you have a lot to consider. For example, you will want to make sure you have a pair of glasses that are the correct prescription. After all, the main purpose of glasses is to correct your vision. This being said, you also want to find eyeglasses that look good. Just because they have a practical purpose doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t be stylish. On top of it all, you obviously want a pair of glasses that you can afford. If you have been to the eyewear store recently and took a look around at the glasses in your price range, you were probably disappointed. They were either poorly made or they just looked bad on your face. You need to find cheap eyeglasses that look good.

So how can you find cheap eyeglasses that do look good? The first thing you have to keep in mind is that many pairs of eyeglasses are overpriced because they are made by big name brands. An unfortunate truth of consumer culture is that the big names cost more money. Does this mean that they are of a higher quality or that they even look that much better than some of the cheaper styles you can find online? No, of course not. You are paying for the name. Chances are you are paying for the recognizable logo on the frame.

You’re probably wondering now where this leaves you. The answer is that you can get great, quality cheap eyeglasses online. You have to find a website that cares about its customers. How do you know when you have a website that cares about its customers? Because they will not carry eyeglasses just because of who made them. They understand that times are tough for a lot of people. This is why they carry only the best low-cost eyeglasses that look good and feel great.

By shopping for your cheap eyeglasses online, you are also making the shopping experience more convenient. In other words, you are avoiding problem areas, such as traffic and pesky sales clerks. You can shop from the comfort of your own home and get the best deals on eyeglasses that will cost much less than you could have ever imagined. This is the way millions of people have been shopping for eyewear. If you have trouble finding the best website, then just read the customer testimonials. This is how you will know you’ve found a quality business.

Being new to the Internet Marketing business leaves you with many more questions than answers, and it often seems that the more you dig into it, the more questions you have! By now you have been trying this and that to get up and running, you probably understand that you need two basics in place before you can even begin to start looking for traffic.

· A product or service to sell

· A place to market this such as a website or blog

There are literally millions and millions of products and services to choose from on the Internet Marketing scene, not all of them are actually good to sell as some are outright rubbish so you need to do your research and choose carefully. You also need to choose your source carefully too as not all of them are honest about paying you what you are due, some do not pay and others skim off of your commissions. It is good if you have your own product to sell, because you can set this up in a place such as ClickBank…but more of that in another article…

Let’s just assume that you have your product/service, and that you have set up your blog/website and it is up and running and findable on Google, even just a very basic site that need not be fancy or professional (sometimes a really professional site can chase potential buyers away believe it or not). You are excited and fresh on the Internet Marketing stage, and raring to get sales in…and nothing happens, nada, zilch! So what now! Now we look at what you need to do and where you need to go to get buyers.

You need real people to visit your site, and then you need them to click through and buy whatever it is you have on the go. This is not as easy as you might have hoped, especially in light of what you may have been promised about Internet Marketing recently or in the past by those who want you to believe that you can get it going in 48 hours!…or some such quick-promise. So get this straight right now, there is NO QUICK CASH IN THE INTERNET MARKETING WORLD! You have to work for it! Anybody who tells you otherwise is tempting you to believe them for their reasons and benefit and not for yours!

OK! That said, let’s get into this process of getting traffic. This is very similar, in principle, to getting people to walk into your shop in the mall…you need to give them a compelling reason to do so. If you tell nobody anything interesting or if you show them little or nothing, if you do not get the message across, put yourself in front of them when they are looking for something specific, they will not come in. If they do not come in, they will not open their wallets and buy from you. That much is pretty obvious, but now how does this apply to a little website among many-millions on the vast Internet Marketing stage? Well, you need to get the word out, and you need to place yourself where interested buyers can find you. This can be a pretty long-winded process, but it is also effective and VERY FRUITFUL if you do it right!

Bear in mind that traffic is “people”, they are real humans and NOT zombies or idiots so you can’t just throw any-old nonsense their way and expect them to go for it just because you desire it.

Now, there are two main sources of traffic:

1. Free or “Organic” traffic from your own efforts, no cash outlay needed, just hard work

2. Traffic from paid sources (such as Google AdSense) and you cash for this

Whichever way you look at it, you are going to pay, one way or the other…in blood sweat and tears…or in cash.

Trying to find no fee work at home jobs can be tough. It seems that no matter where you turn, there are a slew of work at home job opportunity sites that charge people a premium price to access a database of job listings. The problem here is that most of these “database lists” are typically outdated and the job opportunities aren’t even real jobs. This only leaves people feeling hopeless and out of a few bucks.

With that said, what can you do? How can someone avoid the pitfalls of the work at home scams and actually land a real legitimate online job? The truth is, you just need to know how to conduct the right research and make the right connections. There are literally thousands of legitimate online jobs that don’t cost a single penny. Here are a couple of quick tips that will help you find a work at home job without a fee attached to it.

Freelance Boards

There are plenty of job opportunities on freelance boards. People from all over need odd jobs done here and there, and freelance forums and freelance communities can help get people connected. Anything from data entry to writing and more, you can find a ton of work on freelance communities. And you don’t have to worry about paying a fee to find it!

Avoid Work at Home Database Listings

Like I mentioned above – Paying for access to a work at home company list will usually get you nowhere, as most of these lists are old and hardly updated. You can actually find all of the info that is listed in these ‘job listings’ by doing some in depth research online. There are also work at home communities or forums that list real work at home jobs for free, oftentimes with members of those communities who provide a thorough review of the work at home companies listed. Forums and other related sites that have a following in this market help out when trying to find a no fee work at home job, because some people may even be employees of these companies and can give you the real story.

Those are just a couple ways to find a no fee work at home job. You should never have to pay a penny to anyone to get access to a particular job online. Remember – if a company asks you to fork up cash before presenting you with an opportunity, turn around and walk away.

If you are thinking about having a website designed in anything other than WordPress, put the project on hold and finish reading this first. Some of those other programs may look great, but it is purely cosmetic. When you want something that looks great and will get you noticed by Google, there is simply nothing better than a WordPress web designer.

WordPress has not been out as long as some of the other website design programs, but it has made up for lost time and has taken over as the best available platform for websites. There are two things that are very important when it comes to a Web site: professional look and ability to get ranked. When looking at both the best looking websites and the highest ranked, WordPress seems to be what they all have in common.

The problem with a program like Dreamweaver is that it is very complicated to use and unless some programming skills are already known, it is not very search engine friendly. Doing things like adding pages and making sure that the right meta tags have been placed is something that the everyday Web site owner may not be very familiar with. They can just as easily mess their site up as accomplish the task that they are trying to achieve.

While Dreamweaver and flash will cost a Web site owner thousands of dollars in software fees if they want to be able to edit their own website, WordPress software is 100% free and anyone can learn the editing aspect of it by merely having their own blog. While it is always recommended that a professional Web site designer do the initial programming, once that is done, they should be able to update and edit the site themselves.

In addition to all of this, search engines like Google absolutely love WordPress websites. WordPress had a huge advantage in that search engines were much further along than they were when programs like Dreamweaver were written. WordPress has been able to break down exactly how the search engines work and create their platform to take advantage of everything that the search engines look for.

The bottom line is that without WordPress, a Web site runs the risk of just falling by the wayside with all of the other sites that are out there. The decision is yours, choose WordPress and get to the first page of Google or pay thousands more for a Dreamweaver site and have the ability to say that your site holds up the rest of the sites in your niche because it is ranked dead last.

What makes a website perform like it should? Well, to begin, the design is important. Then there is the content. And of course, we cannot overlook SEO, both on-page and off site. This is just the simplified version though-what really makes a high performance website is all of the hard work that goes into it.

Speaking of all of this hard work, there’s an important balance that must be achieved. For our purposes here, we’ll call it the 80/20 rule of high performance websites.

What is the 80/20 rule of high performance websites?

It’s simple. 80% of the site is the content. That leaves the remaining 20% being the site’s design itself. A common sense SEO approach kind of needs to overlay the entire 100%.

Does this sound a little astray from the normal website design philosophy to you? Well, if it does, that’s because it is different from the norm. Most folks get really stuck on the design portion of their websites-making what should be the 20% to be the 80%, if you will. But the thing is, it’s not the design that brings in traffic or converts visitors to buyers…it is the website’s content that does all of that.

So, is the design still important?

Yes, please don’t get us wrong here, the website design is still extremely important as the 20% of the equation that it is. A mission-supportive design can completely make or break the message that the content must deliver. Good design equals better visitor attention. Bad site design is just a turn-off and sends visitors flocking away from the site.

So, again, design is extremely important-but it’s only a part of the overall equation. Many people really get caught up in getting the design absolutely perfect. It can be an endless circle. But the thing is, while they have the ideally designed visual and functional masterpiece of a design, in the end, without substantial quality content, the design alone will produce very few results if any.

It’s the quality content that makes all of the good things happen for a website. The design is there to support this cause (and certainly not to detract from it).
